# §411.375. Does a State VR agency continue to provide services under the requirements of the State plan approved under title I of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. 720 et seq. ), when functioning as an EN?


Yes. The State VR agency must continue to provide services under the requirements of the State plan approved under title I of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended ([29 U.S.C. 720](/usc/29/720.md) et seq.), even when functioning as an EN.
