# §404.2122. Confidentiality of information and records.


The State shall comply with the provisions for confidentiality of information, including the security of systems, and records requirements described in [20 CFR part 401](/cfr/20/part401.md) and pertinent written guidelines (see [§ 404.2123](/cfr/20/404.2123.md)).
