# §234.33. Survivor annuities.


Any survivor annuity which is unpaid at the death of the survivor is paid in the same order and amounts as described in [§ 234.31(a)](/cfr/20/234.31.md?p=a) and [§ 234.31(c)](/cfr/20/234.31.md?p=c) through [§ 234.31(f)](/cfr/20/234.31.md?p=f).
