# §219.41. Evidence of relationship of grandchild or stepgrandchild.


If the child is the grandchild or stepgrandchild of the employee, the Board will require the kind of evidence described in [§§ 219.36-219.38](/cfr/20/219.36-219.38.md) that shows that child's relationship to his or her parents and his or her parents' relationship to the employee.
