# §1001.141. Functions of DVOP staff.


Each DVOP specialist shall carry out the duties and functions for providing services to eligible veterans according to provisions of 38 U.S.C. [2003A (b)](/usc/38/2003A.md?p=b) and [(c)](/usc/38/2003A.md?p=c).
