# §930.120. Nonprocurement debarment and suspension.


The Nonprocurement debarment and suspension requirements in [2 CFR part 180](/cfr/2/part180.md), as adopted and supplemented by [2 CFR part 901](/cfr/2/part901.md), are applicable to all other transaction agreements.
