# §910.505. Sanctions.


In cases of continued inability or unwillingness to have an audit conducted in accordance with this part, DOE and pass-through entities must take appropriate action as provided in [2 CFR 200.339](/cfr/2/200.339.md), Remedies for noncompliance.
