# §700.2. Adoption of 2 CFR Part 200.


Under the authority listed above, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) adopts the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance for Federal Financial Assistance (subparts [A](/cfr/2/subpartA.md) through [F](/cfr/2/subpartF.md) of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md)), as supplemented by this part, as the USAID policies and procedures for Federal financial assistance administration. This part satisfies the requirements of [2 CFR 200.110(a)](/cfr/2/200.110.md?p=a) and gives regulatory effect to the OMB guidance as supplemented by this part.
