# §5900.101. Adoption of 2 CFR part 200.


The Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council adopts the Office of Management and Budget guidance in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), as revised effective October 1, 2024, except for [2 CFR 200.322(c)](/cfr/2/200.322.md?p=c) (collectively, OMB guidance). This part gives regulatory effect to the OMB guidance.
