# §415.5. Applicability.


The Secretary must publish, no less than annually, a list of the Department's programs and activities that are subject to these regulations and identifies which of these are subject to the requirements of [section 204](/cfr/2/204.md) of the Demonstration Cities and Metropolitan Development Act. This list must be available on the USDA's public website.
