# §415.15. Waivers.


In an emergency, the Secretary may waive any provision in [Subpart C](/cfr/2/subpartC.md)—Intergovernmental Review of Department of Agriculture Programs and Activities, [2 CFR 415.3 to 415.14](/cfr/2/415.3..415.14.md).
