# §300.315. Intangible property.


In addition to the requirements of [2 CFR 200.315(c)](/cfr/2/200.315.md?p=c), no scholarship, fellowship, training grant, or other funding agreement made primarily to a recipient for educational purposes will contain any provision giving the Federal agency rights to inventions made by the recipient or subrecipient.
