# §300.308. Revision of budget and program plans.


In addition to the requirements of [2 CFR 200.308(f)](/cfr/2/200.308.md?p=f) a recipient or subrecipient must also request approval from the Federal agency or pass-through entity for the inclusion of research patient care costs in research awards made for the performance of research work.
