# §2900.6. Advance payment.


In the DOL, except as authorized under [2 CFR 200.208](/cfr/2/200.208.md), the non-Federal entity must be paid in advance (see [2 CFR 200.305(b)(1)](/cfr/2/200.305.md?p=b-1)).
