# §2900.11. Revision of budget and program plans including extension of the period of performance.


In addition to the guidance set forth in [2 CFR 200.308(b)](/cfr/2/200.308.md?p=b), for Federal awards from the Department of Labor, the non-Federal entity must request prior approval for an extension to the period of performance.
