# §2900.10. Prior approval requests.


In addition to the guidance set forth in [2 CFR 200.308(c)](/cfr/2/200.308.md?p=c), for Federal awards from the Department of Labor, the non-Federal entity must request prior approval actions at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the requested action (see [2 CFR 200.407](/cfr/2/200.407.md)).
