# §25.210. Authority to modify agency application forms or formats.


To implement the policies in §§ [25.200](/cfr/2/25.200.md) and [25.205](/cfr/2/25.205.md), a Federal agency may add a UEI field to information collections previously approved by OMB, with no further approval required.
