# §2400.101. Applicable regulations.


Unless excepted under 24 CFR chapters [I](/cfr/24/chI.md) through [IX](/cfr/24/chIX.md), the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, set forth in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), shall apply to Federal Awards made by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to non-Federal entities.
