# §2205.414. Indirect (F&A) costs.


Administrative costs for programs funded under subtitles B and C of the National and Community Service Act of 1990, as amended, shall be subject to 45 CFR [2521.95](/cfr/45/2521.95.md) and [2540.110](/cfr/45/2540.110.md).
