This part is issued under the following authorities.

- (a) Subparts [B](/cfr/2/subpartB.md) through [D](/cfr/2/subpartD.md) are authorized under [31 U.S.C. 503](/usc/31/503.md) (the Chief Financial Officers Act, Functions of the Deputy Director for Management); the Federal Program Information Act (Pub, L. 95-220 and Pub. L. 98-169, as amended, codified at [31 U.S.C. 6101-6106](/usc/31/6101-6106.md)); the Federal Grant and Cooperative Agreement Act of 1977 (Pub.
