# §1900.1. Adoption of 2 CFR Part 200.


The United States Agency for Global Media adopts the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards set forth at [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md). Thus, this part gives regulatory effect to the terms of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) (as effective October 1, 2024).
