# §182.115. Does this part apply to me?

  - (1) A recipient of a Federal assistance award (see definitions of award and recipient in §§ [182.605](/cfr/2/182.605.md) and [182.660](/cfr/2/182.660.md), respectively); or
  - (2) **A Federal agency awarding official.**
