# §180.210. Which nonprocurement transactions are covered transactions?


All nonprocurement transactions, as defined in [§ 180.970](/cfr/2/180.970.md), are covered transactions unless listed in the exemptions under [§ 180.215](/cfr/2/180.215.md).
