# §1401.210. Controlled substance.


Controlled substance means any controlled substance identified in schedules I through V of the Controlled Substances Act, [21 U.S.C. 812](/usc/21/812.md), and as further defined by regulations at [21 CFR 1308.11 through 1308.15](/cfr/21/1308.11..1308.15.md).
