# §1400.862. When does a contested proposed debarment action include a fact-finding proceeding?


Fact-finding to resolve genuine disputes over facts material to the proposed debarment occurs where the conditions at [2 CFR 180.830(b)](/cfr/2/180.830.md?p=b) are satisfied.
