# §1138.715. Reporting on property under subawards.

- (a) **Requirement.** A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must specify the requirements for reporting on property that recipients must include in their subawards.
- (b) **Award terms and conditions.** To implement the requirement described in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section, a DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix G to this part provides as Section D of SUB Article VII.
