# §1138.400. Purpose of SUB Article IV.


SUB Article IV specifies the financial and program management requirements that recipients must include in subawards they make under DoD grants and cooperative agreements. It thereby implements OMB guidance in the following portions of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), as they apply to subawards:

- (a) Sections [200.209](/cfr/2/200.209.md) and [200.302 through 200.309](/cfr/2/200.302..200.309.md); and (b) [Subparts E](/cfr/2/subpartE.md) and F.
