# §1138.300. Purpose of SUB Article III.


SUB Article III specifies information that recipients must include in subawards they make under DoD grants and cooperative agreements. It thereby implements OMB guidance in [2 CFR 200.331(a)(1)](/cfr/2/200.331.md?p=a-1).
