# §1138.1200. Purpose of SUB Article XII.


SUB Article XII specifies policy and procedures concerning recipients' use of fixed-amount subawards under DoD grants and cooperative agreements. It thereby implements OMB guidance in 2 CFR [200.201(b)](/cfr/2/200.201.md?p=b) and [200.332](/cfr/2/200.332.md) and other portions of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) as they apply to fixed-amount subawards.
