# §1136.200. Purpose of OAR Article II.


OAR Article II addresses rights and responsibilities concerning retention of records related to awards; access to recipients' records; and collection, transmission, and storage of information. The article thereby implements OMB guidance in [2 CFR 200.333 through 200.337](/cfr/2/200.333..200.337.md).
