# §1134.310. Equipment and supplies: reports, notifications, requests, and accounting.

- (a) **Requirement.** REP Article III of a DoD Component's general terms and conditions must clarify that there is no requirement for routine periodic reporting about equipment acquired under an award and provide the references described in § [1134.300(b)(2)](/cfr/2/1134.300.md?p=b-2) and [(3)](/cfr/2/1134.300.md?p=b-3) to requirements in other articles for notifications, requests, and accounting related to equipment and supplies.
- (b) **Award terms and conditions.** To implement the requirement described in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section, a DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix C to this part provides for Section B of REP Article III.
