# §1130.500. Purpose of PROP Article V.


PROP Article V specifies requirements for recipients' use and disposition of federally owned property. It implements the portion of OMB guidance in [2 CFR 200.312(a)](/cfr/2/200.312.md?p=a) that applies to disposition of federally owned property.
