# §1130.300. Purpose of PROP Article III.


PROP Article III specifies requirements for recipients' use and disposition of real property acquired or improved under an award. It thereby implements OMB guidance in 2 CFR [200.311(b)](/cfr/2/200.311.md?p=b) and [(c)](/cfr/2/200.311.md?p=c).
