# §1104.120. Definitions.

- (a) DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations or DoDGARs means the regulations in chapter I, subchapter C of [title 32, Code of Federal Regulations](/cfr/32.md), and [chapter XI of title 2, Code of Federal Regulations](/cfr/2/chXI.md).
- (b) **Other terms.** See [part 1108](/cfr/2/part1108.md) of the DoDGARs for definitions of other terms used in this part.
