# §362.104. Certifications.


Nothing in this section shall preclude the Secretary from requiring certifications for Southeast Asian-Completed Cells and Modules pursuant to [§ 351.228](/cfr/19/351.228.md) of this chapter in the event of an affirmative preliminary or final determination in the Solar Circumvention Inquiries.
