# §220.15. Application of other Commission rules.


Commission rules applicable to the initiation and conduct of investigations, including rules set out in [subpart B of part 201](/cfr/19/part201-subpartB.md) of this chapter (except [§ 201.9](/cfr/19/201.9.md) (methods employed in obtaining information), [§ 201.14(a)](/cfr/19/201.14.md?p=a) (computation of time), and [§ 201.15](/cfr/19/201.15.md) (attorneys or agents)), shall not apply to Commission proceedings under this part.
