# §208.3. Applicability of subpart.


The provisions of this subpart B apply to investigations under section 322(a) of the Act relating to material harm or threat of material harm. For other applicable rules, see [subpart A](/cfr/19/subpartA.md) and [subpart D](/cfr/19/subpartD.md) of this part.
