# §208.19. Public hearing.

- (a) **Public hearing.** The Commission will provide notice of, and hold, a public hearing in connection with each investigation initiated under [section 322(a)](/cfr/19/322.md?p=a) or section 324(d)(2) of the Act and under this part after reasonable notice thereof has been published in the Federal Register.
- (b) **Opportunity to appear.** The Commission will afford all interested parties, as defined in section 321(8) of the Act and [§ 208.2(i)](/cfr/19/208.2.md?p=i) of this part, an opportunity to be present, to present evidence, to respond to presentations of other parties, and otherwise to be heard.
