# §207.90. Scope.


This subpart sets forth the procedures and regulations for implementation of Section D of Chapter 10 of the Agreement between the United States of America, the United Mexican States, and Canada, as provided by Section 422(a) of the United States-Mexico-Canada Implementation Act ([19 U.S.C. 1677(f)](/usc/19/1677.md?p=f)). These regulations are authorized by [section 412(g)](/cfr/19/412.md?p=g), as amended by [section 504(c)(3)(G)](/cfr/19/504.md?p=c-3-G), of the United States-Mexico-Canada Implementation Act and [19 U.S.C. 4582](/usc/19/4582.md).
