# §207.5. Ex parte meetings.


There shall be included in the record of each investigation a record of ex parte meetings as required by [section 777(a)(3)](/cfr/19/777.md?p=a-3) of the Act. The record of each ex parte meeting shall include the identity of the persons present at the meeting, the date, time, and place of the meeting, and a summary of the matters discussed or submitted.
