# §207.42. Investigation continued upon request.


Upon receipt of advice from the administering authority that it has received a request for the continuation of a suspended investigation pursuant to section 704(g) or 734(g) of the Act, the Commission shall continue the investigation. The procedures set forth in subparts [B](/cfr/19/subpartB.md) and [C](/cfr/19/subpartC.md) of this part, including applicable time limitations, shall apply to all continued investigations within this rule.
