# §207.14. Negative petition determination.


Upon receipt by the Commission of notice from the administering authority under [section 702(d)](/cfr/19/702.md?p=d) or section 732(d) of the Act that the administering authority has made a negative petition determination under [section 702(c)(3)](/cfr/19/702.md?p=c-3) or section 732(c)(3) of the Act, the investigation begun pursuant to [§ 207.12](/cfr/19/207.12.md) shall terminate. All persons who have received requests for information from the Director shall be notified of the termination.
