# §207.1. Applicability of part.


[Part 207](/cfr/19/part207.md) applies to proceedings of the Commission under [section 516A](/cfr/19/516A.md) and title VII of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. [1303](/usc/19/1303.md), [1516A](/usc/19/1516A.md) and [1671-1677n](/usc/19/1671-1677n.md)) (the Act), other than investigations under [section 783](/cfr/19/783.md) ([19 U.S.C. 1677n](/usc/19/1677n.md)), which will be conducted pursuant to procedures specified by the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
