# §206.61. Applicability of subpart.


The provisions of this subpart G apply to investigations under [section 422(b)](/cfr/19/422.md?p=b) and/or reviews under [section 422(j)](/cfr/19/422.md?p=j) of the Trade Act. For other applicable rules, see [subpart A](/cfr/19/subpartA.md) of this part and [part 201](/cfr/19/part201.md) of this chapter.
