# §206.41. Applicability of subpart.


This subpart E applies specifically to investigations under section [406(a)](/cfr/19/406.md?p=a) or [421(b)](/cfr/19/421.md?p=b) or [(o)](/cfr/19/421.md?p=o) of the Trade Act.
