# §205.5. Applicability of subpart.


This subpart B of [part 205](/cfr/19/part205.md) applies to investigations for the purpose of section 301(e)(3) of the Trade Act of 1974. For other applicable rules, see [part 201](/cfr/19/part201.md) of this chapter.
