# §205.2. Applicability of subpart.


This subpart A of [part 205](/cfr/19/part205.md) applies to investigations for the purposes of section 131(a)-(b), 131(c), and 503 of the Trade Act of 1974. For other applicable rules, see [part 201](/cfr/19/part201.md) of this chapter.
