# §181.101. Publication of decisions.


Within 90 days after issuing any precedential decision relating to any NAFTA transaction, Customs shall publish the decision in the Customs Bulletin or otherwise make it available for public inspection. Disclosure is governed by [31 CFR part 1](/cfr/31/part1.md), [part 103](/cfr/19/part103.md) of this chapter, and [§ 181.99(a)(3)](/cfr/19/181.99.md?p=a-3) of this part.
