# §177.27. Oral discussion of issues.


Any party authorized to request a ruling under the provisions of [§ 177.23](/cfr/19/177.23.md) may request an opportunity for oral discussion of the issues presented in the request. The oral discussion of issues will be governed by the provisions of [§ 177.4](/cfr/19/177.4.md).
