# §175.31. Publication of notice of court decision.


Notice of a decision of the Court of International Trade or of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit which sustains, in whole or in part, a cause of action before the court under the provisions of [section 516](/cfr/19/516.md), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ([19 U.S.C. 1516](/usc/19/1516.md)), shall be published by the Commissioner of Customs in the Federal Register within 10 days from the date of issuance of the court decision.
